Almost all of us have been mainly educated and used, since childhood, to eat fruit by taking it from the peel. We mentioned the presence of fiber and vitamins in kiwifruit. These elements are mostly concentrated in the peel, which we are used to carefully remove with a knife, especially in a fruit like a kiwi. Of course, no one would think of eating kiwifruit peel instead of an apple or a pear. You can try to eat it by removing only the woody part that you usually find on the ends of the fruit.
