Therefore, cold cuts and sausages, fried foods, sugars and industrial sweets are accused. Also, avoid chocolate, especially milk. If you feel like something sweet, go for some dark chocolate.

Foods To Combat Oily Skin

If you have oily skin, you should consume a lot of fruits and vegetables. Yogurt is also a good ally, thanks to its function of regulating intestinal transit.

Nutrition can help you fight oily skin, especially if you choose to adopt a detox diet to eliminate toxins present in the body. So drink plenty of water too.

The consumption of whole grains and lactic products rich in vitamins B2 and B6 also combat oily skin. Avoid fatty cheeses, which like other animal proteins, should be limited to a type of diet dedicated to fighting oily skin. The same goes for butter and other condiments. Better to prefer extra virgin olive oil or spices.

If your hair is also oily in addition to oily skin, you may want to consider consuming brewer’s yeast. You can find it in the pharmacy in the form of a supplement. The results are excellent. The same goes for wheat germ, a source of vitamin B6. Once you have improved your diet, even the problems related to oily skin will tend to subside. Finally, remember to always use cleansing products for oily skin for deep cleansing, but be careful not to overdo it and not to use too aggressive products that instead of helping make the situation worse.
