Acne, What To Eat And What To Avoid To Avoid Pimples

Acne is a skin inflammation that often occurs starting from the face. What to eat and what not to, to avoid skin rashes. How many times have we looked in the mirror to investigate the presence of some uncomfortable pimple? And upon discovering the actual discovery, we are horrified immediately trying to press it to reduce its size!   2. Birch: its purifying effect undoubtedly also positively affects various skin impurities.
  3. Carthamus: rich in vitamin E; essential for the integrity of skin cells.
  4. Cucumber: has a refreshing and purifying action if eaten; applied locally, it is an excellent anti-inflammatory and soothing agent.
  5. Blueberry: protects skin microcirculation; useful in enteritis and fermentations; astringent when applied topically.
  6. Whey: powerful depurative, mineral and vitamin reintegrate; diuretic; regulator of intestinal bacterial flora.
  7. Carrot: protects the skin and promotes its renewal; it also guarantees good and regular defecation, with prompt waste elimination.
  8. Yeast: very rich in vital elements, it improves the hepatic detoxifying activity and reduces or eliminates intestinal fermentation, an important source of self-intoxication.
  9. Lemon: vitamins A, C, and PP keep skin cells young and efficient; the juice has a general purifying action and, applied locally, is antiseptic and bactericidal.

Foods Not Recommended For Acne

In general, all fatty foods such as sausages, fatty cured meats such as salami and mortadella, fried foods, salty snacks, highly sugary foods such as sweets and candies and chocolate should be avoided.

Anti-Acne Diet: Other Tips

Other useful tips for those who want to follow an anti-acne diet are:

  1. Eat slowly
  2. Drink plenty of water to help eliminate toxins
  3. Don’t overdo the portions.
  4. Always read product labels.
  5. Avoid junk food and packaged foods.
  6. Snack to maintain the right blood sugar levels
  7. Evaluate the possibility of using supplements or natural acne remedies with an expert.
